29: Meet Natasha: A self-love, self-acceptance and female sexuality therapist

Updated: Feb 10

I met Natasha through a working women's group near me and during the session she stood up and gave a quick talk about what she does and what she can offer women; and pretty much as soon as she sat down I collared her and asked her to let me pod her.

... Because her career journey (which she only touched on in the working women's group) has been a constantly evolving thing - and I'm in no doubt it will remain so as she goes deeper and deeper into her true self.

Natasha offers a full and quite unique holistic healing experience, so it’s difficult to write it all up as a career; not least because she will tailor every session/course to her client’s unique needs. The journey she ideally takes her clients through, however, looks something like this:

Personal Training (if you want it), and then after that…

Cacao healing (if you want it), and then after that…

Deep body massage (if you want it), and then after that…

Reiki (energetic) healing (if you want it), and then if you need it,

Sexual health therapy... if you want it.

Which spans quite a lot, right?

  • Now the world of Personal Training is covered in Anna's podcast and role, so to read about this as a career, please click here.

  • Cacao healing is so utterly unique, that I simply don't feel able to discuss it with any authority, so instead I will link you to Natasha’s page for more information: https://www.lotusandlion.co.uk/cacao

  • Massage is again something I will be covering shortly, so again, I will adjust this page once that podcast is live.

  • Reiki I have covered in Emma’s chat, so click this link to read more about how to get training in this.

  • Which leaves the sexual therapy side of Natasha’s role, and boy do we (women) need more of these roles/people out there to help us; hence why this is the focus of her career write-up (link below).

Enjoy.
